In a notification led to an uproar in the armed forces, the principal controller of Defence Account has declared it with no longer process claims by Army Officers going on courses, assignments and postings due to lack of funds. Defence Minister also promised to sort the issue soon.

भारतीय सेना के फंड में कमी आने की वजह से अब ऑफिसर्स की सैलरी पर भी बुरा असर पड़ने वाला है । एक नोटिस जारी कर ये सूचित किया गया है कि भारतीय सेना में ऑफिसर्स को भत्ते नहीं दिए जाएंगे जिसकी वजह फंड में भारी गिरावट बताई गई है । वहीं रक्षा मंत्रालय ने मामला सुलझाने की बात पर जोर दिया है ।
